When you have a good experience with a medical professional, you want to share it with friends and family–even more so if sharing is beneficial to both parties!
Dr. Jensen has developed a program that rewards both the party referred to our office and the one doing the referring. When your friend or family member shows up at our office with a referral card from you, they get a 10% discount on their selected procedure. As a thank you for sending the patient to us, we will give you a credit in the amount of 10% of their pre discounted bill toward another procedure. Your credit is also transferrable and may be gifted to another individual. With Dr. Jensen, sharing really is caring!
